FIVE YEAR
Sutherland provides 5 years on all I-PRESS control Rockwell Allen Bradley components.
THREE YEAR
Sutherland Presses warrants, to the original purchaser, to repair or replace any defects due to faulty workmanship or materials in weldments of the frame or slide found to be defective, for a period of three (3) years from date of installation. This is based on proper use of press within press capacity and proper maintenance and records.
TWO YEAR
Sutherland Presses warrants, to the original purchaser, to repair or replace any hydraulic components including cylinders, pump and valves found to be defective in material, for a period of Two (2) years from date of installation. Oil testing will be required to verify clean, non contaminated oil is being used in press.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE
Sutherland Presses warrants, to the original purchaser, to repair or replace any electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic component, found to be defective in material, for a period of One (1) year from date of installation.
*ONE YEAR IS CALENDAR BASED & NOT LIMITED TO NUMBER OF SHIFTS.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PARTS
The Customer is responsible for all freight charges for shipment of replacement parts to their facility and freight to return defective parts to a Sutherland Designated location. Defective parts must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of a return material authorization number (RMA#) or the customer will be billed for the replacement parts.
SIX (6) MONTH LABOR WARRANTY
Original Purchaser Agrees to perform minor parts replacement during warranty period. Replacement parts or repairs that are easily completed within (4) hours time or less are to be performed by the customer.
Sutherland Presses warrants, to the original purchaser, to pay the hourly labor fees. Customer to pay for all Travel, Rental Car, Hotel, Food Expenses .
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT
Original Purchaser Agrees to Assign One (1) or more of its personnel to work with SPS / Sutherland Press Service Engineer during Start-Up of press and during training.
OSHA SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Compliance with the regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act is the customers responsibility. Sutherland Presses does not warrant or imply Point of Operation Guarding. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that any Point of Operation Guarding is properly maintained and in place to prevent the operator from having any part of his/her body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. Refer to paragraph 1910.217 (c) of the OSHA Guidelines. http://www.osha.gov.
