The I-PRESS system is equipped with a standard feature, Connected Enterprise, which offers secure remote connectivity through password protection. • Eccentric Geared Drive: Utilizes eccentric gears and double pitmans; ideal for heavy-duty and high-precision applications, delivering vertical tonnage with minimal side thrust.
• Plunger Guided Drive: Incorporates plunger guides for precise vertical force application, reducing deflection and increasing die life; suited for demanding metal forming and forging.
• Geared Crankshaft Drive: Features single or double geared crankshafts, available in both front-to-back and center drive configurations; ensures balanced load distribution and high reliability.
• Servo-Hydraulic Drive: Employs servo motors and high-pressure hydraulic pumps for programmable motion, pressure, and speed profiles; delivers energy efficiency and maximum control for forming, deep draw, and composite applications.

• Single Point Connection (80-1200 ton): Used when bed/die area is less than 60" left to right. Best suited for small bed applications with concentrated loads. Typical in single point straight side and gap frame presses.
• Double Point Connection (121-2000 ton): Utilized when die area exceeds 60" left to right. Provides enhanced stability and load distribution for larger dies and wider beds. Standard in double point straight side presses (e.g., SP2, KS2B, CRS, HCD Series).
• Four Point Connection (600-3500 ton): Applied when front-to-back die area is 84" or greater. Delivers uniform force and minimizes deflection on large bed presses. Offered in EHW-4 and HUX-M4 Series for high-tonnage, large-area stamping and forming.
