FAULT WARNING: OVERRUN
OVERRUN RESET
IF SLIDE IS STOPPING PAST TDC / TOP DEAD CENTER CORRECTIVE STEPS NEED TOP BE TAKEN TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. OVERRUN IS MONITORED BY ENCODERS AND A-CAM, B-CAM & T-CAM. CHECK AND BE SURE ALL ENCODER RELATED ITEMS ARE TIGHT & SECURE AND BELTS ARE TENSIONED PROPERLY. DRAIN AIR TANKS, CLEAN DSV EXHAUST MUFFLER AND CHECK CLUTCH & BRAKE LINING ADJUSTMENT.

6.) PRESS AND HOLD TWO RUN BUTTONS AND CONFIRM SLIDE STOPS AT TDC. REPEAT A SECOND TIME AND CONFIRM OVERRUN FAULT IS NO LONGER PRESENT AND SLIDE IS STOPPING AT TDC.

7.) IF OVERRUN FAULT OCCURS AGAIN, YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE STEPS ABOVE AND TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.

1.) TURN MODE SELECTOR TO "OFF" POSITION.

2.) MUST HAVE SUPERVISOR LEVEL-2 PASSWORD TO ACCESS THIS SCREEN.

3.) PRESS OVERRUN RESET AT UPPER RIGHT. YOU NOW CAN MAKE 2 STROKES TO CONFIRM OVERRUN ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

4.) TURN MODE SELECTOR TO "INCH"

5.) PRESS RESET BUTTON AT T-STAND.

THE PRESS MUST BE AT BDC (BOTTOM DEAD CENTER)

IF THE ENCODERS ARE RE-ZEROED AT ANY POSITION OTHER THAN BDC, PERSONNEL COULD BE AT RISK OF INJURY DUE TO THE LIGHT CURTAIN BEING MUTED ON THE DOWNSTROKE INSTEAD OF THE UPSTROKE.
